How does enACT work?

The enACT accountability sessions involve smart, driven, and trusted business owners and Niki who facilitates the unique session format.

We ensure there is a good balance of knowledge, skills and experience in the group, so you benefit from a range of perspectives – whatever the issue.

Each member shares their own insights and ideas on the other members' business in order to help them make decisions about their next steps to enable them to grow.

The leader then manages the enACT accountability process, which includes;

You'll score your business in 4 areas; Sales and Marketing, People, Operations and Finances and brainstorm as a group what action you need to take this month. We'll capture those accountable to make sure you stay on track.

Week 2 - Collaboration and Connection

The enACT meeting format

We meet for one afternoon a month and follow the same format:

THE ACCOUNTABLES ROUND

You report back to the group on your progress, based on the
specific actions you committed to
at the previous month’s meeting – and the group celebrates your success.

THE ACT SLOTS

You use this dedicated and expertly facilitated slot to work on your business, identifying the most pressing issue in your business and gaining input from other members.

THE ACTION PLAN ROUND

You set achievable goals based on your ACT SLOT and commit to specific actions that you will do, achieve, or complete before the next meeting to drive your business forwards.

If you’re not used to being accountable for your business growth, this process will get easier over time. However, if you are committed to driving your business forwards, the genuine success you can achieve, in incremental but measurable steps, is very real.

Additional info

The group comes first and, as a member, you are committed for 3 months.
Each member is allocated a buddy throughout the month & I am on hand to assist too.
The enACT process provides consistent results in your business month on month with accountability and support of the group.
The group runs on set days of the month, and it is the same sessions weekly within the month.
Each member will have access to a private community.
